Getting started with Prime Metric Miners

After creating an account and completing your profile, you can fund your Main Wallet, choose an investment plan, and let the system track your returns. Each plan clearly shows its rate, duration and payout rules before you invest. When a plan completes, profit (and capital, if configured) is automatically credited back to your wallet.

Click on Create account at the top of the page, complete the registration form with your details, and confirm your email if required. Once logged in, you can access your dashboard, fund your wallet and start investing.

Available currencies and payment methods (such as bank transfer, card payments or crypto options) are defined by the platform admin. You can see the current options and instructions on the Deposit page inside your dashboard.

Deposits and withdrawals

Inside your dashboard, go to the Deposit section, choose a payment method, and follow the instructions on screen. For manual methods, you may need to upload proof of payment. Once your deposit is reviewed and approved by the admin, funds are credited to your Main Wallet.

You can request a withdrawal from any available balance in your Main Wallet, as long as it meets the minimum withdrawal amount and follows the rules set by the admin. Profits from investment plans become available once each plan reaches its maturity date.

Withdrawal processing times can vary depending on the payment method and platform policies. In most cases, requests are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. You can track the status of your withdrawal in the Withdrawal history section of your dashboard.

Plans, returns and risk

Each investment plan clearly displays its rate, term and payout rules before you invest. While the platform aims to follow the stated plan terms, all investing carries some level of risk. You should only invest amounts that align with your personal risk tolerance and financial situation.

Yes. As long as you have sufficient balance in your Main Wallet, you can subscribe to multiple plans at once. Each plan tracks separately and calculates returns based on its own rules and schedule.

When a plan reaches its maturity date, the system applies the payout rules defined for that plan. Profit (and capital, if applicable) is moved into the appropriate wallet, where you can choose to withdraw it or reinvest into another plan.

Account, security and support

Accounts are protected by email-based authentication and password security. Depending on how the platform is configured, additional security features such as two-factor authentication may be available. You should always use a strong, unique password and never share your login details with anyone.

Yes. Once logged in, you can use the Profile or Account settings section to update information such as your name, contact details and other fields enabled by the admin.

You can contact the support team at any time through the Contact page. Messages are sent to the admin side for review, and responses are provided using the email address you submit in the form.
